Upgrading the protection of employee health and safety

Since its inception, GFC has attached great importance to employee welfare and health and safety. With the various progressive labor rights legislation in Taiwanese society, GFC has adhered to its original intention and has been handling labor relations and initiating employee health care and care operations in a manner that exceeds legal requirements for many years.

Employee from all branches and service stations are required to undergo annual health check-ups. Abnormal analysis and consultation recommendations for employee health check-up reports are provided, as well as on-site service physician video interviews, providing one-on-one health consultations and guidance. Since 2021, two full-time nurses have been hired to be responsible for employee physical and mental care operations, and monthly employee health promotion and education information is sent out.
