To enhance the public's emergency response capabilities, GFC has partnered with Air Rescue Paramedic Luo Guang-ting since 2023 to sponsor the training of "Professional Bleeding Control and CPR Techniques" for police officers across the country. Over 3,000 officers have been trained so far, and in June 2023, the initiative was recognized by the Director-General of the National Police Agency. To accelerate the dissemination of this emergency training to the 69,000 police officers nationwide, in addition to ongoing training of seed instructors, five demo videos have been produced. These videos aim to help untrained officers grasp the essence of these skills, preparing them for self-rescue and rescue operations during their duties.
