The Taiwan Professional Volleyball League (TPVL) launched this year with four teams: Taipei East, Taoyuan Leopards Flyers, Taichung Win Streak, and TSG Eagles. The first matches will kick off on September 27–28 at the UTaipei Tianmu Gymnasium, a major step forward for professional volleyball in Taiwan. The excitement for TPVL's first season is building across the country, turning a new page in the sport's history.
