Record high year-end bonus of 5.9 months

In 2022, due to higher-than-expected profits in the main business, after negotiations with the labor union, GFC has allocated year-end bonuses to employees based on the budget ratio set three years ago, averaging 5.5 months per person. Additionally, due to the significant non-business income this year, an extra 0.4 months have been added to the bonus amount to compensate for the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine conflict, resulting in a total of 5.9 months of bonus pay to reward employees for their hard work throughout the year. This marks a new historic high in addition to GFC's five-year record of an average year-end bonus of 5.1 months.
