To assist in the cultivation of elevator maintenance talent, the Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Division of the Employment Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, collaborated with GFC, one of Taiwan's three major elevator manufacturing and sales companies, to jointly organize the "Elevator Repair Engineering Practical Training Program" from April 19 to July 3. The program aims to train 20 individuals through 416 hours of theoretical and practical training, corporate internships, and certification guidance, enabling them to be directly employed with a monthly salary ranging from NT$32,000 to NT$33,000. Additionally, the annual salary may reach up to 17 months, including a five-month year-end bonus distributed last year.
