GFC Included in MSCI Global Small Cap Index for the First Time

GFC has been included in the "MSCI Global Small Cap Index" for the first time, effective after the close of trading on May 31. This highlights international recognition of GFC’s efforts in corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, environmental sustainability, as well as the positive growth in market value and trading volume resulting from its business performance.

GFC holds the position of the largest domestic elevator brand manufacturer. Over the past five years, its revenue and profit have consistently reached new highs annually. With a strong financial structure and capital management capabilities, we maintained a cash dividend payout ratio of over 70% for the past seven years. The proportion of shares held by institutional investors has increased from 1.71% (3,033 shares) at the beginning of the year to 1.91% (3,385 shares) as of May 16. The company's market value has surpassed the milestone of 22 billion NT dollars, up from 14.62 billion NT dollars at the beginning of the year, ranking within the top 50 constituent stocks of the OTC index by market capitalization.
